I have the privilege of being the Northern Region Clinical Director - National Public Health Service.
I am an experienced New Zealand trained public health medicine specialist, medical officer of health and a champion of health equity, Māori health, and diversity.
My interests include tuberculosis control, migrant and refugee health, health leadership and lifelong medical education.
Life-wise, I am deeply passionate about my whānau, my tama, and enjoying everything the natural environment in Aotearoa has to offer. You will often find me chatting with colleagues, singing in the corridors, sharing home-baking and indulging in one too many coffees.
