Has your child lived in a house with someone who either currently has TB or has a history of TB? This may include family, whānau, or other people who sometimes stay in your home such as a carer.
Has your child spent three months or longer in a country with a high number of TB cases* (either on one trip, or multiple separate visits totalling three months or more)?
Within the last five years has anyone in your household or whānau spent six months or longer in a country with a high number of TB cases*?
In the first five years of their life, will your child spend three months or longer in a country with a high number of TB cases* (either on one trip, or multiple separate visits totalling three months or more)?
